Our Story

Oh hi there!

We’re Sean and Emily — husband and wife, photographers, storytellers, and adventurers. What started as a long-distance love story filled with motorbikes and handwritten letters has grown into a shared life on the road — exploring the world together, one journey at a time.

Over the years, we’ve traveled to more than 55 countries, chasing stories, collecting moments, and capturing the beauty of the places and people we meet along the way. Now, we’re setting off on our biggest adventure yet — riding our motorcycle around the world.

This journey is more than just miles and maps; it’s about pushing limits, finding connection in unfamiliar places, and sharing the raw, unfiltered reality of life on the road. We’ll be riding through remote landscapes, crossing borders, and seeking out the stories that don’t always make the guidebooks — from mountain passes to forgotten villages.

Our goal is simple: to inspire others to step outside, embrace the unknown, and see the world a little differently. Through our photos, videos, and stories, we invite you to ride along with us — to the coffee shops of Central Asia, the endless roads of Kazakhstan, the mountain trails of the Americas, and everywhere in between.

Sean

Sean’s passion for life is contagious, his eyes light up when he senses an adventure coming. He's spontaneous and passionate with a wild spirit and craves the freedom travel provides. Sean has rode motorcycles for many years and has travelled to over 55 countries. Sean has been riding motorcycles since the age of fifteen and inherited his passion from his father, with his love of travel he has always been on the move. From backpacking around Japan to bungee jumping in New Zealand, Sean is always up for an adventure.

Emily

Is an adventurer at heart who’s childhood was spent dreaming of seeing the world and being immersed in its diversity. She has a passion for writing and loves to document her adventures through story telling. Caring and passionate in all she does, her resolve is inspiring. Just as at home in the city as she is in the wilderness, her curious mind and determined spirit enables her to take on every challenge in her stride.

What are both your roles within Sean and Emily travels?

In our adventures, Emily is the creative powerhouse, skilfully capturing moments as a photographer and bringing stories to life through writing, design and editing. She plans our events, trips, and tours, and creates visually stunning content.

Meanwhile, Sean takes charge as the expert navigator, steering our adventures and capturing breath taking scenes with his videography and drone piloting skills. Sean transform our memories into cinematic wonders through video editing. Additionally, he manage the business side of things.

In our partnership, Emily's creativity harmonizes seamlessly with Sean’s technical expertise. Together, we craft a blend of creativity and adventure that forms the foundation of our endeavours.

Sean and Emily together crafted, created and coded this entire website.

What do you use to edit your photos and Videos?

We mostly use Adobe Premiere and Adobe Photoshop

What camera/equipment do you use?

We have a few different cameras but we mostly use GoPro/DJI and Canon but you can find all our equipment, cameras and more on our equipment page.

Who takes your photos?

We take all our own photos mostly using a tripod and a self timer or a remote control.

What motorbike do you own?

We have owned a BMW R1200 GSA for many years now and have no plan to ever let it go. We also own a BMW R1300 GSA named “Storm.”

How old are Sean and Emily?

Yep, we get it. You want to know every detail about us and our age, especially since Emily tends to get mistaken for being a lot younger than she is (don’t worry, she loves the compliment!).
